Victoria chats with certified hydrotherapist Katie Price.
After achieving her Diploma in Canine Psychology and Level 3 qualification in Professional Canine Daycare and Boarding, Katie decided to move to Canine Hydrotherapy as a way to help care for our furry friends. She completed her Level 3 in Small Animal Hydrotherapy at the renowned Hawksmoor Training Centre whilst volunteering at local hydrotherapy centres for real-world experiences.
Katie has since completed training in Level 5 Canine Clinic Enrichment Techniques and Level 5 Canine Therapeutic Handling Techniques with K9HS. These qualifications allow Katie to provide a highly proprioceptive treatment whilst building a trusting and consenting bond with clients’ dogs.
She is now working towards her Level 4 Diploma in Canine Hydrotherapy to elevate the services she can provide animals. Katie runs her own hydrotherapy centre, Rosecroft Canine Rehabilitation Centre located in Stafford where she focuses primarily on rehabilitation cases and working in a consent-based manner.

Taking the Grrr Out of Dog Grooming
Victoria chats with Dr. Sophie Bell about neutering (spaying) female dogs.
Dr. Sophie Bell has been a vet for over 14 years, is a qualified dog groomer, as well as a well-being advocate. She’s passionate about holistic health and considers the whole animal when treating and diagnosing. Animal Love Pet First Aid is her educational gig, where she’s developed several courses to help pet carers and pet professionals so that we can do the best we can for our animals.
Sophie has several special interests, one of which is neutering and how it affects our dogs. Today we’re going to talk about female dogs, or bitches for 30 minutes or so. If at the end you find you’re itching to learn more and get more knowledge, I highly recommend visiting the Animal Love website and purchasing her webinar. It doesn’t cost the earth and delivers in abundance.
