Dog Photos and Video Release
We ask guardians to allow Happy Henry’s! to use their dog’s name and any images or likeness of their taken while he/she is participating in a workshop, in any form or format, for use,
at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials.
Upon registering, we will ask owners to give written confirmation of their approval for us to use their dog's images. Guardians can, of course, opt out.
Workshop Participation
Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be given. If there are extenuating circumstances, they will be considered on a case-by-case only. Please note, if any limiting factors are not brought to our attention in the initial registration and planning stages Happy Henry's! cannot be held responsible
Workshops are held in group environments that may include dogs and people. Happy Henry's! does everything it reasonably can to provide a healthy and safe training environment. Owner certifies that their dog is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable conditions within 14 days prior to the workshop. Owner agrees to provide proof of vaccinations prior to the start of the workshop, if requested.
Owner acknowledges and agrees there are risks of dog training in a group environment, including but not limited to dog bites (dog-dog and/or dog-human). Happy Henry's! does not take responsibility for any injuries while participating in any of the sessions.
Owners agree to keep dogs on lead at all times and not allow their dog to greet other dogs. Dogs participating in activities may struggle with contact from other dogs.
If dogs are waiting in a car, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate shade, ventilation and access to drinking water.
Happy Henry's! can provide water and bowls, if necessary, but please note we do not carry extra car shade covers. It is important that dogs are able to be left in vehicles by themselves in between reps, while they await their next turn. If they struggle with being left alone in a vehicle, we will ask guardians to wait with them in the vehicle, or encourage owners to bring a second person to the workshop so that can be with the dog.
Owner acknowledges and agrees that all the information provided to Happy Henry's! is complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS AND DEPRIVES OWNER OF THE RIGHT TO SUE Victoria Shepherd-Fortner trading as
Happy Henry’s! AND RELATED PARTIES WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT.
